2 SLP(C) No. 9521/2016 : Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) before us are aggrieved by the fact that despite the fact that they have succeeded on the ground of non-service of notice yet they have to appear at the fag end of the proceedings in which case they cannot put their case forward. We agree with this contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and permit the petitioners to file a written statement within a period of two weeks from today. The trial will thereafter commence and be concluded within a period of six months from the date of filing of the written statement. To this limited extent, the Special Leave Petition is allowed.
