1 IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. 1438 OF 2015 (Arising Out of SLP (Crl.) No.3472 of 2015) DEENU SAHU APPELLANT(S) VERSUS STATE OF CHHATISGARH RESPONDENT(S) O R D E R Leave granted. The High Court has declined to grant anticipatory bail to the appellant who is charged with commission of offences punishable under Section 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. When the matter initially came up before us we had provisionally enlarged the appellant on bail on his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Court in seisin of the matter/officer effecting the arrest. We are today told by learned counsel for the parties that a chargesheet against the appellant has already been filed though charges do not appear to have been framed so far. In view therefore we see no reason why the interim order passed by us on 05.05.2015 should not be made absolute. We accordingly allow this appeal, set aside the impugned order dated 10.01.2015 passed by the High Court and make our order
2 dated 05.05.2015 absolute. We further direct that the appellant shall refrain from tampering with the evidence during the period of trial and at all times cooperate with the Trial Court for an early completion of the trial. ...........................J [T.S.
