Taking into consideration the aspect that the quantity of the contraband seized from the possession of the petitioner is intermediate, we are inclined to allow the petition. 1

The petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with FIR No.155/2023 registered with Police Station, Govind Puri, Delhi, on such terms and conditions to be imposed by the Trial Court. 3. However, while imposing the conditions the Trial Court shall include a condition directing the petitioner to provide a surety, who shall be a local resident and the amount for surety shall be not less than Rs.50,000/-. 4.
