It is further submitted that SLP filed against the Order dated 01.08.2016 & 11.08.2016 is within time, whereas there is a delay of 106 & 75 days in filing the SLP against the order dated 26.02.2016 & 13.05.2016 respectively. Further there is a delay of 75 days in refiling all the SLPs. Thus there is a delay of       106 & 75 days and 75 days in filing and refiling the Special Leave Petitions respectively.  The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
