The High Court in the impugned order has reproduced the deposition of PW1 and then observed that PW1 has not spoken in her deposition that the accused attempted to outrage her 2modesty. Having observed that, the High Court quashed thecharge under Section 354 Indian Penal Code framed by thetrial court against the respondent Nos. 1 to 3. We do not find any error in the impugned order.
