In view of the order passed by this Court in SLP (C) No. 13302-13316 of 2013 arising out of the common impugned Judgment dated 01.05.2012, we hold that the appellants shall be entitled to compensation at the rate of Rs.7,75,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs and Seventy Five Thousand) per acre in place of Rs. 7,50,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs and Fifty Thousand) per acre, as awarded by the High Court. 3. Needless to say, the appellants shall be entitled to the statutory benefits, except for the period covered by delay.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No.24340 of 2014 Entitled  Bimla Devi And Ors  Versus  State Of Haryana And Ors  arising out of similar issue was dismissed on 20.01.2015 by Hon'ble Court. (Copy of order dated 20.01.2015 is enclosed herewith)(Main matter is SLP (C) No. 34863 of 2012). It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of exhibits and notification dated 19.09.2015 and 23.08.2005. In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 28.01.2016 (Letter is included in paper books at page no.130) stating therein that the same are not necessary and Counsel has requested to register and list the matter at his own risk.
