It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 15449 of 2015 arising out of CC No. 5394 of 2015 alongwith connected matters was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15.05.2015, when the Court was pleased to issue notice. Copy of order dated 15.05.2015 is enclosed herewith. It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 10029 of 2015 alongwith connected matter arising out of common was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27.03.2015, when the Court was pleased to issue notice. Copy of order dated 27.03.2015 is enclosed herewith. (Main matter is 6250/2015) It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 19164 of 2006 filed by respondent was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 01.12.2006, when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same on merits. Copy of order dated 01.12.2006 is enclosed herewith. It is further submitted that the matters above-mentioned are arising out of similar issue and tagged all together. ...2/-
