On a perusal of the order passed by the High Court, we find that it directed for de novo enquiry against the respondents as there was violation of principle of natural justice. Learned counsel for the appellants/applicants in C.A.Nos.10253-10254/2017 submits that despite the direction given for payment of the Subsistence Allowance, from the date of suspension, it has not been fully paid. Mr.G.Prakash, learned counsel for the State of Kerala submits that the entire amount has been paid. Learned counsel for the
