Verma, Advocate on 18.03.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 24.04.2015 of the Hon'ble High Court for Rajasthan at Jodhpur in S.B. Civil Second Appeal No. 33 of 1998. It is submitted that  counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications one for condonation of delay in filing SLP and which is barred by time by 239 days and another for  condonation of delay in refiling SLP and which is barred by time by 19 days total delay of 258 days. It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has also filed an application for substitution to bring on record the LRs of deceased Respondent No. 2 viz. Rajendra Kumar S/o Babu Lal Vyas alongwith death Cetificate which is within time.
