Having heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and on carefully perusing the material available on record, we are not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner at this stage. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges have not so far been framed by the trial court. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before this Court after charges are framed by the trial court.
