Sri Sujala on the file of the Family Court, Pune at Pune, Maharashtra, shall stand transferred to the Family Court at Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh, for hearing and disposal in accordance with law. Records shall be sent to the transferee Court forthwith. It will be open to the parties to seek clubbing of all the matters, if any, pending between them in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the petitioner has made a statement that petitioner will not object to video conferencing prayer of the respondent to the extent permissible under the law.
