1 IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA CIVIL ORIGINAL JURISDICTION TRANSFER PETITION (CIVIL) NO.902 OF 2018 SUJALA ...PETITIONER(S) VERSUS MULAM SRIKANTH ...RESPONDENT(S) O R D E R Heard. Without expressing any opinion on merits, we direct that proceedings in PA M P No. 1051 of 2016 titled Mulam Srikanth v. Sri Sujala on the file of the Family Court, Pune at Pune, Maharashtra, shall stand transferred to the Family Court at Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh, for hearing and disposal in accordance with law. Records shall be sent to the transferee Court forthwith. It will be open to the parties to seek clubbing of all the matters, if any, pending between them in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the petitioner has made a statement that petitioner will not object to video conferencing prayer of the respondent to the extent permissible under the law. The Registry to transmit a copy of this order to the courts concerned. Parties to appear before the transferee Court on Monday, 10 th September, 2018. The transfer petition is, accordingly, allowed with the above direction.
