List the matter after three weeks.” It is submitted that Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate who has already on 5 th May, 2016 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 has on 4 th July, 2016 filed a letter stating therein that Vakalatnama/Appearance filed by him may also be treated as filed on behalf of all the three Respondents but he has not filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of the Respondents so far.
