UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R The High Court has protected the interest of the State by making it clear that the appointments, if any, are to be made subject to the final result of the appeals pending before the High Court. The High Court has also clarified that for the time being the salary being paid to them shall also be subject to the final outcome of the appeals. It has been brought to our notice that some of the institutions have been granted permission by the State Government to make appointment of the teachers in Aided Educational Institutions. If that be so, those institutions shall proceed with the process of the appointment of teachers if permission is given by the State Government.
