Mr. Yugandhara Pawar Jha, AOR For Respondent(s) UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R In view of the fact that Writ Petition (ST) No.5956 of 2021 preferred by the petitioner has been directed by the High Court to be transferred to this Court on 30.3.2021, we are of the opinion that this writ petition is not maintainable and is mis-conceived, seeking the same relief as sought in the writ petition. We can only observe that if the records have not been transmitted by the High Court to this Court till date, it may be done expeditiously in view of the judgment reserved in the Transfer Case (C) No.245 of 2020 and analogous matters.
