Mr. Vatsal Joshi, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 (Narcotics Control Bureau), has strenuously opposed the prayer for bail. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner, i.e. more than 6 years, we are inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, in the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct that the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Trial Court in connection with FIR SLP(Crl.)No(s). 3189/2025 2

being C.R.No. NCB/AZU/C.R.No.03 of 2019 registered with the NCB Police Station, Ahmedabad. It goes without saying that the petitioner will extend all co-operation during the trial. In the event the Trial Court or the State finds that the petitioner is delaying the conclusion of trial, it will be open for them to approach this Court for recall of this order.
