No. 203 of 2018 titled as “Dr. Manpal Loona vs. Dr. Shikha Jhamb Loona” pending before the Family court, Sri Ganga Nagar, Rajasthan to the competent court of Patiala, Punjab. The respondent on being served has appeared through his counsel. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on perusing the record, the prayer made in the petition is granted. It is ordered that case bearing C.M. No. 203 of 2018 titled as “Dr. Manpal Loona vs. Dr. Shikha Jhamb Loona” pending before the Family court, Sri Ganga Nagar, Rajasthan be transferred to the Family Court of Patiala, Punjab.
2 The transferor court shall forthwith transmit the record of the aforesaid case to the transferee court. The parties shall voluntarily appear before the transferee court on 14.9.2020 at 11 a.m. as the first date of appearance.
