No. 4355/2010 as also the learned counsel for the respondents-claimants and perused the appeal papers. 2. A perusal of the impugned order dated 24.11.2009 passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (for short ‘NCDRC’) would indicate that in the present facts and circumstances of the instant case, the conclusion reached is justified. We, therefore, see no reason to interfere with the impugned order. 3. However, the question of law raised by the appellant-Company is left open to be considered in an appropriate case. 4. In so far as the amount as quantified by the NCDRC, the amount payable by the Insurance company as also the
2 portion of the amount already paid by the appellant(s) herein, shall be accounted for and the balance amount due and liable to be paid to the respondents-claimants in terms of the impugned order shall be paid as expeditiously as possible but not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. 5.
