Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that although the petitioners were to vacate the premises by 31.03.2020 but due to lock-down they could not vacate the same and still in occupation. We grant time till 31.12.2020 to the petitioners to vacate and handover peaceful possession of the premises in question to the respondents on filing of usual undertaking within four weeks from today.
