However, we issue notice limited to the question as to whether any guidelines have been issued by the State Government regulating the making of transfers on the basis of DO notes.” 3. It is submitted that pursuant to the directions of this Court to frame policy guidelines, policy has been framed vide Office Memorandum dated 10.07.2013 which has been supplemented by Office Memorandum dated 01.11.2013. 4. We have perused the aforesaid office memorandums. In our view, guidelines are comprehensive. We, therefore, deem it appropriate to close the proceedings.
