Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent however submits that they are not in posssession of the disputed property and in fact pursuant to the offer made to the police, the complainant had already taken possession. In view of their submission, the Superintendent of Police, Rohtak is hereby directed that in case the complainant is not in possession of the disputed property to the extent of 250 Sq. Yard, he should be put in possession of the same within ten days from the date of production of the copy of this Order before the Superintendent of Police, Rohtak. The Petitions are disposed of with the abovesaid directions.   It is submitted that in compliance of the Court's Order quoted above, Superintendent of Police Rohtak, Haryana vide his letter dated 10.02.2015 stating therein that the possession of disputed property to the extent of 250 Sq. Yard had been handed over to the father of complainant on 11.12.2014 in the presence of Sh. Bhraham Parkash, Tehsildar, Rothak and Sh. Raghbir Singh Hooda(father of complainant) has given in writing to the effect that he had taken over the possession of four shops and the house

to the extent of 250 Sq. Yards. Copy of the said letter dated 10.02.2015 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court. It is further submitted that Mr. Narender Singh Yadav, Advocate has on 26.03.2015 filed Contempt Petition(Civil) on behalf of the appellant No. 3(Ram Kumar) herein for initiating Contempt Proceedings under section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act read with Article 129 of the Constitution of India against the alleged contemnor/respondents for committing wilful disobedience of this Court's order dated  24.11.2014 in Contempt Petition No. 342­343 of 2011 in Criminal Appeal No. 1553­1554 of 2009 and the same has been registered as Contempt Petitions Nos. 540­541 of 2015. It is further submitted that Original Contempt Petition and Appeal Paper Books have been weeded out after due preservation as per rules. Paper Books supplied by the counsel are placed below for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
