It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Civil Appeal No. 3353 of 2005 between cross parties was allowed by this Hon’ble Court on 2 nd July of 2015. (A copy of Record of Proceedings/Judgment dated 2 nd July of 2015 is enclosed herewith). It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 1 st April, 2017 filed a letter stating therein that the award dated 24.10.2001 is on record as Annexure P-2 (Pages 36-41).
