Mr. Harmeet Singh Ruprah, learned Advocate-on-record appears on behalf of the petitioner. Notice was issued to the respondent which has been served but none appears on behalf of the respondent despite service of notice. Vide Order dated 20.05.2020, it was made clear that if no one appears on behalf of the respondent on the next date of hearing appropriate orders will be passed by the Court. Considering, the aforesaid order and taking note of the fact that there is no objection raised by other side in transferring the
2 matter, this transfer petition deserves to be allowed. Suit for Restitution of Conjugal Rights bearing Matrimonial Suit No. 79 of 2019, titled as “ Mahfuz Ahmed vs. Alsaba Swaleha” is hereby transferred from the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, District- Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh to the Court of Competent Jurisdiction at Satna, Madhya Pradesh. A copy of this Order be sent to the Courts concerned, to do the needful.
