For Respondent(s) UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R We have heard the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and perused the interim order dated 14 th March, 2018 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Bench at Nagpur. During the course of hearing, learned senior counsel brought to our notice various orders passed by the High Court in Writ Petition No.4665 of 2013 wherein the Nagpur 1

Bench of the High Court of Judicature at Bombay passed an interim order dated 29 th August, 2013 directing the respondents-authorities not to proceed with election of Board of Directors until further orders. Subsequent orders were passed on 23 rd January,2017 in Writ Petition No.7175 of 2016, 3 rd February, 2017 in Writ Petition No.466 of 2017 and 21 st July, 2017 in Writ Petition No.4625 of 2017 wherein similar relief i.e. election of Board of Directors had been stayed. In view of the above, we, therefore, dispose of this petition with the direction that the election scheduled for 21 st March, 2018 be held but the result shall not be declared and be kept in a sealed cover until all the Writ Petitions are decided finally by the High Court. We request the High Court to decide all the five writ petitions together expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within the period of three months from today.
