Mukesh Kumar Singh And Co., AOR For Respondent(s) : UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R 1. The instant writ petition filed under Article 32 of the Constitution is seeking a direction for expeditious disposal of an application No.46070/2023 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. which is pending before the Allahabad High Court. The aforesaid petition is stated to have been filed seeking quashing of the FIR in a matrimonial dispute. The petitioner happens to be an 84 year old widow, who is the mother-in-law of the complainant. 1

2. Since the prayer made in this writ petition would result in interfering with the prerogative and powers of Hon’ble The Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 3. However, keeping in view the age and other hardships being faced by the petitioner, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move an application before the High Court seeking an out of turn hearing of her petition. The High Court is requested to consider such application sympathetically. 4. With the liberty aforementioned, the writ petition is dismissed. 5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.
