Mr. Shailesh Madiyal,Adv.For Respondent(s) UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R We are informed that persons who are not parties to the impugned order have filed Review Petition in the High Court of Karnataka and that Review Petition is pending. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners would also like to approach the High Court for review of the impugned order. The petitioners are, therefore, permitted to file the Review Petition before the High Court. If such a Review Petition is filed, the concerned Court shall consider the same -2- on merits without reference to the period of limitation. Since the petitioners are parties to the impugned order, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach this Court for challenging the order impugned in this special leave petition in case the order in review goes against them. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. The delay is condoned.
