Ms. Bharti Tyagi, AOR For Respondent(s) UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Permission to file special leave petition is granted. This petition has been filed challenging the order granting anticipatory bail to the respondents on certain conditions which are extracted below: “i) In the event of their arrest, in connection with the investigation of Crime No.10 of 2021 registered with Chiplun Police Station, Dist. Ratnagiri, the Applicants shall be released on bail on executing a PR Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two solvent sureties each in the like amount. 1

ii) The Applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer on 20, 21 and 22 February 2022 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and as and when required by the Investigating Officer. iii) The Applicants to furnish their specimen handwritings/signatures/thumb impressions, if required by the Investigating Officer. iv) The Applicants shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence/witnesses.” Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the conditions so imposed by the High Court have not been complied with by the respondents. In our opinion, if that is the position, it is for the petitioner to approach the High Court,bringing to the notice of the High Court that the conditions imposed have not been complied with and thereafter the High Court shall pass necessary order after hearing the parties.
