1 IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA CIVIL ORIGINAL JURISDICTION TRANSFER PETITION(S)(CIVIL) NO(S). 797/2022 UJJWAL GUPTA PETITIONER(S) VERSUS SAI NAGESWAR SATCHIDANAND RESPONDENT(S) O R D E R The instant petition has been filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking transfer of Petition No.MC/5747/2021 titled Sai Nageswar Satchidanand v s. Ujjwal Gupta pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Firozabad within the jurisdiction of District & Sessions Judge, Firozabad (U.P). After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court considers it appropriate to allow the transfer petition. Accordingly, Petition No.MC/5747/2021 titled Sai Nageswar Satchidanand v s. Ujjwal Gupta pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore is transferred to the Court of Principal Judge Family Court, Firozabad within the jurisdiction of District & Sessions Judge, Firozabad (U.P). The parties shall record their presence before the Principal Judge Family Court, Firozabad within the jurisdiction District & Sessions Judge, Firozabad (U.P) on 23.05.2022 at 11.00 a.m. The parties are at liberty to move an application for mediation before the concerned court.
