We have heard learned counsel for the parties. By Order dated 11 th August, 2014, this Court allowed the transfer petition and directed transfer of Guardianship Petition No. 43 of 2011 titled as Raisa Astankulova versus Gautam Sapra pending before the Family Court District Judge, Faridabad to the Family Court, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner-applicant submits that since two District Courts are functioning in the Tis Hazari Courts i.e. Central District and West District, the trial court sent back the file to the Family Court, Faridabad. We, therefore, clarify the order by directing transfer of the Guardianship Petition No. 43 of 2011
