The High Court, while reversing the order ofinjunction, directed the Trial Court to dispose of the OriginalSuit within six months. In view of this direction, we are notinclined to interfere. However, in case the Suit is notdisposed of within the time granted by the High Court, thepetitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court forappropriate relief. We direct the parties to co-operate withCourt and the trial of the Suit be conducted, as far aspossible, on a day to day basis. : 2 : The Special Leave Petition is disposed ofaccordingly.
