UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Having considered the matter, and taking into account the fact that though the petitioner has been convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment, but the basic allegation against him is that he was one of the members of a mob of approximately 40 persons, who assaulted the deceased with various weapons and thereafter, pelted stones and the post- mortem report disclosing only five injuries, as well as the fact that the appeal is not likely to heard in the near future and the petitioner has been in custody for almost 10 months, we are of the opinion that a case for bail is made out.
