Matter filed against order dated 18.4.2013 is barred by time by 251 days and matter filed against order dated 22.11.2013 is barred by time by 33 days. The matters were found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 16.05.2014 refiled the matters after curing the defects which are barred by time by 12 days and he has filed an application for condonation of delay in refiling the same has been registered as I.A. Nos. 3 and 4 alongwith SLP. It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 26571/2013 between the same parties/similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 6.9.2013, when the Court dismissed the same. Copy of order dated 6.9.2013 is enclosed herewith. The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
