No.1076/2019 titled “Prashant Kumar Singh vs. Nupur Singh” (subject-case) pending in the Family Court, Bengaluru, Karnataka to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad, Jharkhand. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. On considering the facts and circumstances on the basis of which the petitioner seeks transfer of the subject-case, we are satisfied that it would be expedient for the ends of justice to transfer the subject-case to the Family Court, Dhanbad, Jharkhand. We order accordingly. The records of said proceeding shall be sent to the transferee Court and Family Court, Dhanbad, Jharkhand shall proceed in the matter from the stage at which the matter is transferred to it. Learned counsel for the parties have also expressed willingness of their respective clients to explore the possibility of settlement of the core dispute between them. We, accordingly, direct that the parties may approach the Mediation Centre attached to the Jharkhand High Court at Ranchi. Let parties approach the aforesaid Mediation Centre for an early
