This Court vide Order dated 14112019 while dismissing the Special Leave Petition, directed the trial court to expedite the trial and complete the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of nine months from the said date. Now, a letter dated 5112020 is received from the 2 nd Additional Sessions Judge, Gwalior (M.P.), which has been duly forwarded by the District & Sessions Judge, Gwalior (M.P.) vide letter dated 7112020, seeking extension of time for four months for disposal of pending Sessions Case. We have perused the said two letters.
2 For the reasons stated in the letter received from the 2 nd Additional Sessions Judge, Gwalior (M.P.) the prayer seeking extension of time for four months for disposal of the said case is granted.
