2 UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R This application has been filed by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) for extension of the date for completion of the approval process upto 15.08.2022 and time for disposal of appeals by the PCI till 31.08.2022. The schedule for admissions has been fixed by this Court in Parshavnath Charitable Trust vs. AICTE & Ors. [(2013) 3 SCC 385]. Any alteration in the schedule can be done only with the approval of this Court. The reason for extension of time as stipulated by this Court in the schedule is the roll out effect of Covid-19 Pandemic on the Academic Session 2022- 2023. Mr. Zoheb Hossain, learned counsel appearing for the PCI submitted that inspections could not be done during the Pandemic and inspections to be carried out in about 3,000 existing institutions which is likely to take some time. Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the applicant and taking into account the schedule that has been fixed by this Court, we are of the view that the request made by the learned counsel needs to be accepted. We extend the last date for completion of the

3 approval process till 30.07.2022 and the last date for disposal of the appeals till 15.08.2022 for the Academic Session 2022-2023. MA stands disposed of. (Geeta Ahuja) (Anju Kapoor) Court Master Court Master
