JUSTICE SUDHANSHU DHULIA HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. VINOD CHANDRAN For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Raunaq Dalal, Adv. Mr. Munish Jolly, Adv. Mr. Deepkaran Dalal, AOR For Respondent(s) : UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R As the similar petitions arising out of the common Judgment have already been dismissed by this Court, we are not inclined to take a different view in the present matter. There is a delay of 666 days in filing these Special Leave Petitions and we do not find any plausible and bonafide explanation to condone this inordinate delay. Even on merits, we see absolutely no reason to interfere with the impugned order(s) in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.
2 The Special Leave Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of delay as well as on merits. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, is/are disposed of. (JAYANT KUMAR ARORA) (RENU BALA GAMBHIR) ASTT. REGISTRAR-cum-PS ASSISTANT REGISTRAR
