Mr. Umang Shankar, AOR For Respondent(s) UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R We decline to interfere in this special leave petition as it is directed against a just order passed by the High court rejecting prayer for grant of anticipatory bail. The special leave petition is accordingly dismissed. However, the dismissal of the special leave petition will not come in the way of the petitioner(s) to pursue regular bail application, which they may file within 1

three weeks from today after surrendering before the concerned Court. Till then no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner(s). If 48 hours advance notice is given to the public prosecutor before moving the proposed bail application, the concerned Court may decide the bail application preferably on the same day on its own merits in accordance with law including without being influenced by the order rejecting anticipatory bail application passed by the Sessions Court/High Court, as the case may be.
