This is an application for restoration of special leave petition (Crl.)No. 8267/2013 as the petitioners had not complied with the order passed by the Chamber Judge for filing proof of surrender certificate within the stipulated time. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the surrender certificate has already been filed. Regard being had to the aforesaid submission I am inclined to direct restoration of the SLP in its original number and accordingly it is so ordered. ” It is submitted that there is a delay of 12 days in filing the Special Leave Petition.
