Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the surrender certificate has already been filed. Regard being had to the aforesaid submission I am inclined to direct restoration of the SLP in its original number and accordingly it is so ordered. ” It is submitted that there is a delay of 12 days in filing the Special Leave Petition.
