Kabita Tula” is having jurisdiction to try the said Petition; (b) Pass such other or further order/s as deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.” Learned counsel for the respondent, however, submits on instruction that his client has no objection if the petition is allowed. In such circumstances, there shall be an order in terms of the prayer ‘(a)’ of the petition. The Transfer Petition stands allowed accordingly. The records of the said proceedings shall be sent to the
