The Principal District Judge of Kheda at Nadiad directed the insurance company's deposited amount of Rs. 17,75,058/- to be distributed between two claimants (Arifbhai Usmangani Vahora and Rasidaben Arifbhai Vahora) with each receiving Rs. 3,55,012/- in their bank accounts and Rs. 5,32,517/- each invested in 5-year fixed deposits, following the High Court's order in F.A.
