Competent Authority under MPID Act, Mumbai Outcome: Sale Certificate dated 31st August 2020 is SET ASIDE; property re-auction ordered with new Competent Authority and valuer; Rs. 10.09 crores received from auction purchaser to be returned within 4 weeks.
