Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of
the present application clarifying that the covered area of 30,000
sq. ft. would be computed on the basis of the total constructed
area of 1,46,496 sq. ft. The parties will be entitled to place the
documents including the sanction or completion certificate, showing
the constructed area of 1,46,496 sq. ft., on the file of the
adjudicating authority.
We further clarify that the built-up area/covered area, in
terms of our earlier orders, would not mean carpet area.
The miscellaneous application is disposed of in the above
terms.
