O R D E R
(1) After hearing learned senior counsel for the appellant, no
case is made out for interference with the impugned judgment of the
High Court. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
(2) However, as requested by the learned senior counsel for the
appellant, we grant time to the appellant to vacate the premises in
dispute and hand over vacant physical possession thereof to the
respondents on or before 31st August, 2027. It is subject to the
appellant filing an unconditional undertaking on oath in this Court
within a period of four weeks from today to vacate the subject

premises on the above terms.
(3) On failure to comply with the terms of undertaking, the
respondents shall be entitled to initiate proceedings for contempt in
addition to any other remedy available to it.
