O R D E R
During the pendency of the present transfer petition, by
order dated 27.02.2025, the parties were referred to mediation and
have now settled their disputes, vide Settlement Agreement dated
16.04.2025.
The Settlement Agreement is also signed by the learned
counsel appearing for the parties and the learned Mediator
nominated by the Coordinator of the Supreme Court Mediation Centre.
A joint application for taking the settlement on record and
for passing appropriate orders, including orders/directions under
Article 142 constitution of India, is filed.
In view of the settlement agreement, the aforesaid
application is allowed.
We take the Settlement Agreement dated 16.04.2025 on record
and direct that the parties will be bound by the terms and
conditions mentioned therein.
The petitioner, Rashmi Vipinraj Nair, and the respondent,
Vipinraj Rajasekharan Nair, had gotten married on 10.11.2019 at
Pune, Maharashtra, as per Hindu rites. However, they have been
living separately since August, 2023. Several proceedings inter se

the parties are pending. It is not possible for them to reconcile
their differences.
