The same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. SLP(C) No. 13381/2019 It is pointed out by Dr. Rajeev Dhavan, learned senior counsel that the Chief Justice of India is the Chairman of the International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ICADR). Even if the said statement is correct, we do not see any hindrance or difficulty for this Court to entertain the present special leave petition in view of the order that the Bench is proposing to pass. As the order impugned is an interim order, we decline to entertain the present special leave petition, but leave it open for the petitioner to move the High Court seeking appropriate orders. It will also be open for the aggrieved party(ies) to seek an early date of hearing before the High Court. We make it clear that no opinion on merits has been expressed.
