Mr. Balraj Dewan, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent NO.7. Service of show cause notice is complete in respect of all the 7 respondents. The matter above mentioned was lastly listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 05.02.2013, when the following order was passed:- " Barring respondent No. 1, respondent Nos. 2 to 7 have failed to file counter affidavit on record within the time granted by the Court(which was
granted as final chance on the last date itself). No further steps required to be taken in the matter. It be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.
