UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R
Mr. Ambhoj Kumar Sinha, learned counsel, appears for
respondent No. 2.
Office Report dated 16.03.2023 reflects that Mr. B.S.Banthia,
former learned counsel for the petitioners, expired and the
alternative arrangement notice was served upon the petitioners as
long back as in September, 2021. However, no steps have been taken
by them to engage another learned counsel.
In that view of the matter, this Court is left with no option
but to infer that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing
this case.
Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.15335/2017 is accordingly
dismissed for non-prosecution, subject to just exceptio...
