UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. In proceedings under Section 138 of the
Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, the High Court by
the impugned order has directed the petitioner to
deposit 25% of the cheque amount instead of 50% as
directed by the Trial Court and the same has been
permitted to be withdrawn by the other side.
3. Since the order impugned is interlocutory in
nature and only directs for deposit of 25% of the
