1. While we are not inclined to transfer the Criminal Case CHI
No. 376 of 2024 registered in FIR No. 91 of 2024, under Sections
498A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 pending before the Sub
Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Criminal Courts, Abohar, Punjab, we
permit the petitioner(s) to make an application for exemption from
personal appearance and the said application may be considered by
the concerned Court sympathetically taking into account the ripe
age of the petitioners.
2. The Transfer Petition is dismissed.
3. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
