Respondent nos. 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 have failed to file
counter affidavit despite last opportunity having been granted,
as such, further opportunity stands declined.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken appropriate
steps in respect of deceased respondent nos.6 and 11 despite
last opportunity having been granted, as such, Registry to
process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in
Chambers for necessary directions.
