O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the
parties.
On a perusal of the records, we consider it
appropriate to transfer the petition bearing HMA
No.587/2024, titled as ‘Dr. Jappen Oberoi v.
Divya Oberoi’, pending before the learned
Additional District Judge, Chandigarh to learned
Principal Judge, Family Court, Shimla, Himachal
Pradesh.
Records shall be sent by the Court where
proceedings are pending to the transferee Court
promptly and without any delay.
The parties are at liberty to appear before
the Trial Court through virtual mode, unless
their physical appearance is required by the
Trial Court.

The Transfer Petition stands allowed in the
aforesaid terms.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand
disposed of.
